Since this morning the members can not send pictures on their profiles, kleo the theme is in last version, I emptied the cache but it does not work. The status of transfert is: waiting…
For the avatar pic it works, for the media not working.
thank you !!!Inspect the page and go to network to see if rtMedia can find the /upload directory (that’s usually the issue). For more information on inspecting, see this: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/problems-with-login-tabs#post-31702
Also, go into your permalinks and click save. You dont have to change anything, just click save. In some cases, this will fix the issue.
