When the “Sticky Menu” option is turned on I am getting an artifact on my page. See screenshot. This artifact is only present when Groups are displayed in the Viewport. (These groups are being displayed with a Themepunch plugin called Showbiz).
I am tearing my hair out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have just visited your site with chrome and I found no error like you have shown in the screenshot. I have attached a screenshot of my browser view. I suggest you better clear your browser cache and cookies and refresh the page. I hope it will fix the problem. If you still have the problem then try out with another browser and let me know if it is fixed. Good luck. 🙂Hi there!!! If I open another tab and then return to 10hopecommunity.com the artifact disappears.
This is only occurring when the groups is in the viewport.
If I turn off the sticky top menu and retry my tests, the artifact does not appear.I tried the same tests in firefox and everything is working fine there.

November 7, 2014 at 00:45 #34412KamalModeratorHi, I am very sorry to see that error. After seeing the error, this time I have visited your site with three browsers eg. Chrome, Firefox and Opera. Surprisingly, I can not see any errors. Your site looks great on all of these three browser. I have tested them loading groups on viewport to see the error but I did not see. I have attached the screenshots of your site on my three browsers. It really strange. There must be something wrong with the browser you are using. Your site looks great to me. You may use another browser to test it. and you can also update your current browser or reinstall it if clearing history, cache, cookies does not work for your. Please let me know if you have problem in other browsers also.
Thanks.
UPDATE: I have visited your site and scrolled up and down and read some post and then I refreshed page using f5, but the final result was good. I did not see that error. Please consider the above solution I said. I hope this might fix your problem. Thanks. 🙂

And there are other issues with the sticky menu and hitting refresh in Chrome (several have been reported here). One thing I did notice, is your site is throwing a 404 on
http://www.10hopecommunity.com/wp-content/themes/kleo-child/maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/js/bootstrap.min.js?ver=4.0Regardless, I dont see the artifact with FF. I’ve been meaning to look into the chrome issues when I had some free time. But since I’m only seeing issues when I hit f5 to refresh, it hasnt been high on my list since most of my users probably wont be doing that (I do it all day long during development). I’ll do a quick google search and see if I can come up with something.

I agree, new users will not likely find this problem immediately.I appreciate you looking into this and will continue to monitor.

November 7, 2014 at 17:20 #34566MeeekzParticipantOk, I I have commented out the offensive url. This should fix the 404
November 7, 2014 at 17:55 #34568sharmstrModeratorI did a search for this issue and couldn’t come up with anything. It definitely only happens on f5 refresh and only when the showbiz container is on the screen. If you scroll down past the container and hit refresh it doesnt happen. Can ask over on the showbiz forum if anyone has seen anything like this before? I talked to abe and kleo is using stickyjs for the menu.
