Hi –
In your demos the slider pix/backgrounds are 1903 x 714… so we designed our graphic background pix at the same size. But when they are uploaded the height in particular is so MUCH bigger. It is 1903 x 965! The 965 height is way too big and distorts the pictures by stretching it vertically and actually makes them blurry.
How can we edit the slider size so that the slider background pix are the same size as we uploaded them at 1903 x 714?
Thank you in advance for your timely help.
Cheers,

November 7, 2014 at 14:31 #34516LauraModeratorHello, you can choose the slider size in each slider options, if its not working for you, maybe try to upload the image you want with the same size as we have and just name it as the original then delete the original, the slider will take that one. Another option is to test in preview mode with rev slider and see if it fits.
Let me know if it works 🙂

You need to be specific and give us actual verbage and text of the area you are instructing us in. Not everyone is a programmer.
AND WE ALREADY TOLD YOU WE UPLOADED THE EXACT SAME SIZE IN THE DEMO!!! (1903 x 714)
