Hi,
I’ve followed your video and documentation instructions and nothing is working. From uploading the theme in the backend to importing the demo-content. I had the FTP the theme to install it and still, the elements published from the backend doesn’t appear. Only the header appears. As for the demo-content, the first time I tired it, the upload timed out and produced an error message. I extended the time allowed to upload files and it produces an unformated message on the backend. Both the theme and the demo-content aren’t working on my site. Please help as this is issue is delaying my productivity.

Sorry for the late reply. Theme is not that big and should install without problems. Demo content should take some time indeed.
If the elements published from the backend don’t work then is definetly a server or config problem since that is pure WordPress related.You can try the Appearance – KLEO Demo data to install only parts from the demo.
If nothing is working please give me temp access to take a quick look

I tried pasting the demo-content shortcode scrip you provided on your documentation page and also I tried publishing content with the visual composer and nothing appears. Where should I send you the loging credentials?

so enable the KLEO theme there too

Where you able to install the theme? I was interested in the Pinterest demo theme to be installed on the main site. The subsites will be using a different themes.
Ok, so since those multisites have other themes you can’t use a page from KLEO which is not installed. You can have it in the main site sure. You had it in Trash so importing skipped it since it was on your site but in the Trash 🙂

I’ve tried to update the Revolution Slider and the demo plugin crashed the site using the File Manager.
First I tried to import the zip file for the revslider and I got this error message:importing slider setings and data…
Error: Wrong export slider file format!
Go BackWhen I tried installing an extract of the revslider zip file in the cpanel File Manager, I got this error message:

Please help.I think you made a confusion. You said to update the plugin from WP admin – Revolution Slider but you imported it as a new slider…

Error: Wrong export slider file format!”To update the plugin there is a Manual update button in that page too
Try to remove the plugin better from your wp-content/plugins and install it again

1. Any customizations should be done by CSS
2. I think is also related to the plugin so probably could be dine also by CSSCheers

I have no idea where the css codes are for this. I don’t entering the hex colours but I don’t know where to change them. Is this a glitch with the essential plugin? Only part of the buttons are visible and you have hover over them to see the other options.hi, it is due the plugin settings on those buttons color since is white on a white bg…. Pleas configure it correctly since this is not theme related
