Facebook Register Button Missing

Hi 7thQ –

We have entered in the correct information in the admin so that our users can signup/register with Facebook to make things easier – see screenshot.

However there is NO FACEBOOK BUTTON DISPLAYING ON THE SIGNUP DROPDOWN WHEN CLICKED ON – see screenshot.

It is displaying correctly for the LOGIN.

Please help us to get the Facebook button to DISPLAY IN THE DROPDOWN WHEN THE SIGNUP BUTTON IS CLICKED ON. Thank you.

Hello, first, you need to set up your facebook APP with the proper information, add a link to your terms and conditions page and make it live, then paste the app in sweetdate settings. This is something you need to do on facebook developers, not something coming from the theme.

Hi. That should appear there automatically if enabled from admin and registration is enabled from Settings – General

It did – but it took almost 24hrs to do so which is not good.

HI,

my FB app id disappears after saving in misc and turns off the FB integration button in misc after i save it!!!
– The app has been made and is functional
– the admin registration is open
But no FB to register appears
you can check – http://www.brandwiki.biz/index.php/home-register/
– the www is added to FB app as well

– actually all buttons are resetting back to defaults in misc

Its gotta do with the disappearing problem of the app id from misc settings
Please help!!

Hi, I see the facebook button. You should put the ID of the app back in theme options if you still have issues.
