Hi,
I run a multisite WP setup with only a single site configured at the moment: http://www.spokescommute.com
When a new user registers through Facebook, her account gets assigned to http://www.spokescommute.com. However, if the user registers via the theme-provided form workflow, her account doesn’t get assigned to the http://www.spokescommute.com.
I attached the screenshot that illustrates the problem.
Thanks,
-Victor

What I am trying to say is that when the user registers through the provided user registration form, activates the account and logs into the site, her user profile does not get associated with that site (see the picture above). Hoewever if she registers through Facebook, everything works properly.
December 13, 2014 at 02:44 #38969AbeKeymasterThat is strange since is the default behavior from Buddypress. So the user appears in members directory?

The user who registers via /register/ form submission appears in the network user directory /wp-admin/network/users.php, but not on the site user directory /wp-admin/users.php

December 17, 2014 at 11:50 #39424AbeKeymaster@realokun after you register, activate the account and login and it should appear in the buddypress directory. If it does not appear in the wp-admin – users then I think is normal buddypress behaviour

If this is normal buddypress behaviour, how would you explain that it is not consistent with the registration via Facebook, where everything works fine?
December 17, 2014 at 13:26 #39433AbeKeymasterFacebook is not related to how Buddypress works since it is added by us. See here and is how Buddypress handles it: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/new-registrations-not-appearing-in-site-admin-users-on-multisite/
