Hi again,
I am very new to this, so can you walk me through the steps in sending the confirmation email of registering.
Of course step 1 would be setting up a smtp server.
Please show me the guidelines after step 1.Thank you in advance.
When someone registers , they allready receive an email with confirmation link?

No, I have not setup my smtp server, so when the user register no email is sent.
I want to know if this email would be sent if the smtp server is setup, and if not, what step are there after the smtp server is set up.Hi, If you are not sending emails trough your smtp server it is possible for emails to arrive in the spam folder.
Try using a plugin like Configure SMTP to send using a smtp server.
SMTP settings for the server should be provided by your hosting provider.Thanks @arno8 for your answers
