Hi Abe,
I am just wondering. Last time you mentioned that for the new Kleo update you gonna add something or provide a solution for the picture upload refresh problem, so that people don’t get confused after uploading a activity comment with picture.. I still have the problem that the activity stream is not updating the picture. I have to press reload page or change pages. Many of my users believe that the site is not working correctly. They upload several times a picture.
Is there a way to fix that ? Appreciate !! Happy X-masHi, The button should change it’s border so the user should know it is loading so we haven’t added anything related to that in the update

I think the uploading problem is visible. I mean I see the characters with the % of the upload.
The problem is only that after the upload the page doesn’t reload. It is just uploading, than is a long break and than only the text shows in the activity, not attachment.
So the users upload it again.Because they thing although the upload status looked good, that something went wrong in the end.
It is only visible if I go to another page and than back.
Is your page refreshing on its own with picture or link attachment ?@norman – Yes, it should auto display without a page refresh. You can see on the kleo demo: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/activity/

@sharmstr thanks. very helpful. I just tested and I found out that in your demo version after upload
it shows ” + LOAD NEWEST ” similar to facebook. When I upload in my version + LOAD NEWEST doesn’t appear. I will check the plugins.thx
Sometimes is shows “load newest” but that’s a timing issue. Most times it just loads the post automatically. The timing issue I’m referring to is the interval of the buddypress script that checks for new posts and displays “load newest”.

@sharmstr . Dear sharmstr I deactivated the plugin: BuddyPress Activity Privacy
and now the picture upload and the refresh works !Are you using a different plugin in for privacy on your demo site ? I saw that there is an option to POST IN a certain location ? or can i activate this option somewhere ?
