Hi again,
I am wanting to use clickbank with me as a vendor to have affiliates paid from me for driving traffic to my site. (I know I need to do my homework on clickbank)
—>>>Just wondering if I should use a clickbank wp plug in? As I am researching, reading & watching video tutorials on this, it seems it may interfere with woo or paymentspro??
Not sure
But I want something in place, ‘connected’ to my site, so along the journey through cyberspace, their computer, clickbank, customer traffic, my computer, etc, can all know it is a new sign-up to my site and click bank ‘Affiliate’ will be paid.
Make sense?
December 29, 2014 at 18:55 #40593soulmateParticipantOkay, it is RESOLVED. (I hope you can delete all the above)
This is how I worked clickbank for my membership website, others may find a different method or plug-in.
1. create clickbank
2. follow instructions for Vendor
3. create your pitch page (landing page) on your wordpress site – don’t forget to include a link or button that takes them to the clickbank purchase so affiliate and you will be paid. (see your clickbank instructions)
4. place your pitch page url on your clickbank field for your ‘product’ (membership subscription)
5. create your thank you page – after a new member sees their clickbank purchase confirmation, there is an obvious ‘click here’ type blue link at top of page that redirects member to ‘complete registration’ on your membership site. – This takes them to your thank you page.
6. Be sure to include your ‘register-2’ link very obvious on your thank you page. (or whatever your long form-complete registration page is called)
7. test the process. clickbank offers generated-fake credit card numbers to test the entire process from pitch page, your join links or buttons, the purchase page and back to your thank you page and don’t forget to test the final link, click on complete registration and create a new test member.
Submit your product for clickbank approval. can take up to 5 business days
Best of luck to everyone using Sweetdate and Sweetdate child for recurring billing membership sites 🙂

I think I better test it on myself as an actual re-curring, paid member of my site.
I am still not understanding how I will know on my website side what level they are actually on, since payments will go through clickbank of any new users that clicked on any clickbank affiliate link.
I’ll post the results when I can see the proof of the end result.
Cheers,
