The contact form requires the Contact Form 7 Plugin.
You need to install them.

I had the plugin but it wasn’t activated on the page – it is now. However I’ve noticed the text (when filling out the form is sooooo light I can barely read it. I’ve looked everywhere to change it but can’t see it anywhere. Could you advise on what I can do please?

Add this code to Theme Options -> General Settings -> Quick CSS
