Seriously ? what happened to KLEO support team ? well now there is one more question I have as I am trying to add a banner rotation plugin to add on to TOP Menu beside logo and above menu I tried many plugin almost 15 plugins and non of them are working so I would like you to suggest me what Banner Rotation Plugin should i use to start my own banner advertisement section on TOP menu also reply to this question when replying to previous as I am still waiting for your reply Guys Please wake up
Hi, sorry for the late reply but due to holiday season there were some delays. Anyway it states you should wait normally up to 48 hours: “Support is offered Monday through Friday, but please allow up to 48hrs so we can review your request and respond.”

For a banner rotation any plugin should work and just add the shortcode there to generate the baneers

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.Regarding the banner area from the header.. You should test it by writing some text and see if it shows. If it does then maybe your plugins don’t generate what it needs by the shortcode… can’t help much on plugin related issues
