Hello,
When a subscriber fills out main form on home page and gets directed to create an account page, once hitting the “complete Sing up” button. getting the following error,
Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /home/content/79/11835379/html/armenian/wp-content/plugins/terms-of-use-2/classes/controllers/TouAppController.php on line 304
Solved the issue.
The “Term of Use” plugin not playing nice . Deactivated the plugin, BAM !!! works.

I mean.. when a new user is creating his account, he receive a e-mail to open a link and activate his account…
