Hello,
I’m having 2 issues with rtMedia.
1.) Only in Firefox when trying to view the images under “My Photos” I get the following error:
“Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.” I’ve tried searching online for a solution, but can’t figure out the problem.and
2.) I don’t have the “Create New Album” button under the Media section of the profile.

In reference to my previous post, issue 1 was something that i had setup in FF. I still don’t know what’s going on with issue #2?

Try activating the album option from WP Admin – RtMedia – settingsHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionNope, that doesn’t do anything for me. It only shows me a drop down option saying “Wall Posts” and the option to select a file. It doesn’t give me the add album or create new album option.

You are right. It was because they updated the templates.
