shows “Please select your page” but would like just to show “Menu” from where can change it?

Use a plugin to translate .po files, like Codestyling Localization.
In case you use Codestyling plugin, activate it then go to Tools > Localization
If you have, for example, 5 plugins related to buddypress, they may have some text overriding the ones you translated in buddypress default language… So in order to see it you should translate also all plugins related to buddypressTo translate in codestyling, you need to add your language, then SCAN it, after that, you can edit it.
After you finish translating a plugin, in Codestyling Localization, you need to click a button that says GENERATE .MO FILE that saves it.Hi there!!!
