When in a user profile – the user cannot upload Media. The 404 error says “page not found”. I re-saved the Permalinks to no avail. Can you please help?
I also tried the twenty-fourteen theme and the same thing happens.

ScottSounds like a plugin conflict. Disable your plugins. If you still have an issue, head over to the rtMedia forums.
