live notification as facebbok

I would like to know how would be possible in kleo theme list all notifications as facebbok does.
I was able to insert buble notification, however I would like to list all notifications in mouseover action as facebbok.
Follow the images how notificatinos works in my site and facebbok.

The Live Notifications interval* in my theme does not work.
I know that is only for private-message, isn´ it?

Have i forgot to activate a button ?

It works !!!! 😉 😉

I activate a other theme .. and than kleo, again.

and now the notifications works.

I have no idee why?
But kleo-theme has saved the old settings. Only the reactivation of kleo-theme has the right result.

But i see,

only in browser firefox the live notifications works.
In google chrome does not work. Also, if i click on: I read all message.
