Lost Password link not working in KLEO 2.3.1

Hi,
The login Lost Password links are not working for either the wp-login or the buddypress login, both direct my users to nonexistent pages. How can I fix this? The wp-login Lost Password link redirects to http://mysite.com/lost-password, and the buddypress login directs my users to http://mysite.com/#kleo-lostpass-modal, how to I fix this or at the least change the link to direct my users to the wordpress default http://mysite.com/themes/kleo/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword Thanks for any assistance!

Hi,

Try to re-save permalinks bo going to wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks -> save changes.

It didn’t help. It works from pop-up window login but don’t work from wp-login.

update: It partially works in pop up menu.
Arrow is Point to a link that works. The other one doesn’t.

Can you provide wp credentials ?

Try to enable woocommerce see if this will solve the issue.

Do you have woocommerce installed and activated ? if not try to enable woocommerce see if this will solve the issue.

The trouble seems to exist in all the links, which refer to the login page.
-> http://www.dogssunshine.de/wp-login.php

Pressing forget your password, you always come to http://www.dogssunshine.de/adressen/hundeschulen/toms-dogs-school?action=lostpassword
