Under the regular licences agreement am I allowed to use the theme for multiple websites? For instance, I would like to create a website for my photography as well as a website for the club I am the president of. Neither require payment from the user for access.

RachelHi, No, one license it is used for only one install so if you have multiple installs then you need to purchase that number of licenses.
