Menu Button in Responsive Not working

    The Menu Button is not working in responsive mode on iphones. I have de-activated the theme and re-activated it. Nothing happens when the button is tapped so it is impossible to navigate.

    I think I just figured it out. I had selected to use just the side menu but did not have a side menu assigned yet.
