I have tried putting the images in the the body of the post several ways but it does not show as the thumbnail image for the blogs homepage in the grid or any other view. I have the setting on

February 11, 2015 at 14:41 #45584sharmstrModeratorIn order for an image to show up in grid view, the post type has to be standard or image AND you either need to set a featured image or have Get Featured Image From Content turned on in Theme Options > Blog.

February 11, 2015 at 14:49 #45588PeterGouldParticipantThe post is standard and the setting for Get Featured Image From Content is turned on there is a single image added to the post at the top that is using the single image from the back-end visual composer. As you can see the image is not showing on the grid view.

The visual composer (which is amazing) does not work for this but you can simply switch back to classic mode and add it manually and it shows up. May a good bug fix…
