I had to roll back fast on that upgrade. major breakages. Please advise when KLEO will be ready for latest woo.

The template files are more or less in need of rewrite. The cart view also had duplicate buttons, css issues, etc. I have to update the plugin we sell as well, so I feel your pain.
Abe has already done it. I tested the code yesterday. Not sure when it will be released.
