On front page – for registration –
At the moment, we have
1, user name
2, email id
3, Passwordbut I wanted to have more field
like
date of birth
sexetc.
How can I add more field for registration on from page sidebar.. beside the slider.

Hello, go to Sweetdate > Buddypress and enable the fields you want in the form.

Unfortunately that is not configurable from admin since is just a step before the final registration page. The profile fields that show in the /register page are configurable from WP admin – USers – Profile fields. That form is just a teaser.
