    Hi – I’m not sure why but revisions are not being captured. On my ‘Pages’ I have multiple revisions, but under the number of Revisions, only 3+ show, and they aren’t even the most recent revisions. I’m thinking this must be a theme setting, as I’ve never seen this happen in other WP sites.

    Not a theme setting. Its a WP feature. http://codex.wordpress.org/Revisions
