Hello,
I want to rename the folder name from kleo and kleo-child to xp and xp-child and keep theme files in this folder.
When I renamed these two folders using filezilla I am getting error message in appearance –> themes, child theme does not exists.
When renamed back to original all problems are resolved and theme starts to appear again.
Do I have to make changes in other files too when I rename folders? For example few changes in style.css??
Can you please let me know how can I get these two foders renamed?
After you rename the theme folder, you need to edit style.css , rename “Theme Name : from Kleo to your theme” ( see screenshot )
