Hello, hopefully we can get this to work, i have added the plugins on attachment in order to make it work, also setup your menu for logged in user and for logged out user (this one has the register button)

Now you have the control of what menu logged in users will see and what menu logged out users will see, so, if you ever change/add or edit the menu for logged in users also change it for logged out users (if you want them to see it)

Now you should be able to register without problems, also, check out your settings for the zM plugin i installed, you can add a register with facebook button.
