    The log in details are:

    You will see that inside Revolution Slider, i added static layer for the contact form and 2 simple backgrounds.

    The submit button is working, but the fields for name and email not.

    The file you are talking about doesn’t seems to be part of our theme. Also I just tested your form and I saw that it finally works.

    I’m glad you managed to get it solved somehow.
