Hi,
On this page http://www.tourismtribe.com/membership-account/membership-levels/ I have lost the nice pricing table.
I have intactivated all the plugins and the issue doesn’t seem to be from there.
Could anyone offer some guidance as to what could have happened?
Thanks

April 30, 2015 at 05:46 #56721fabienneParticipantAnother issue I am having is the alignment of the * on this page: http://www.tourismtribe.com/membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1
whereas it’s all neat on the demo page.I am thinking this issue and the one above could be related.
Thank you

April 30, 2015 at 05:57 #56722sharmstrModeratorLooks like its missing the Kleo template from /kleo/paid-membership-pro/levels.php. Also you site is throwing 404 errors on bbpress.css.

April 30, 2015 at 06:09 #56723fabienneParticipantThanks Sharmstr.
I had indeed moved the PMP folder to the child theme. I have re-uploaded it to the parent theme but i am still having the same issues. Any more help? (I cleared cache)
Are you using the inspect element of chrome to see whats missing? I would love to know how you diagnosed that…

April 30, 2015 at 06:24 #56725sharmstrModeratorWhat did you do? Even if you moved the paid-membership-pro folder from kleo to kleo-child, that wouldn’t cause that to happen. Only if you moved it from the pmpro plugin folder. Anyhow, maybe you need to clear your cache.
You can use chrome dev tools to see what’s going on. Right click on the page and select inspect element.

April 30, 2015 at 06:27 #56727fabienneParticipant– I am using the dev tools but I couldn’t see what I was ‘missing’ (e.g. calling a file that cannot be found)
What happened is that I had activated the parent theme by mistake and then thought that those folders needed to be in the child theme.
I have cleaned my cache and it’s still the same issue – can you see it fine from your end? I might have an issue with the pmpro plugin folder then.
Looking forward to your help again!

April 30, 2015 at 07:02 #56731sharmstrModeratorJust reinstall. All your changes should be in the child theme so they wont get overwritten. All the theme options are stored in the db.

April 30, 2015 at 07:05 #56732sharmstrModeratorActually before you do that, enable the Kleo parent theme and see if the levels page works. If it does that means you still have files in your child theme. By defeault you should only have styles.css and funtions.php in the child theme. You only add pages to the child theme if you plan on customizing them.
