    Hi,

I’m looking at creating an Advanced Search page with a full set of options that members can choose from.
The horizontal form gets pretty messy when many drop-downs, check boxes and other options are available, so I need a solution that is more visually attractive.

I noticed you’ve been consistently advising the BP Profile Search plugin to get better search functionalities for Sweetdate:

    https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/search-form-script
    https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/search-member-profiles

I’ve installed it but it does not work with Sweedate theme. Whatever search options are selected and submitted, I always get the full members directory as a result.
When I switch to another theme (say Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Fiften) the plugin works perfectly though.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Another issue with search:
when users click the search button without selecting any option, the members directory is shown (makes sense), however it is not my “Profile Search Results” page that is shown but a generic “Members” page.
How to get this empty search return into the Profile Search Results page (e.g. with the message “Your search returned xx profiles)?
