Hello,
I am not able to set Custom menu for pages. I want to use a custom Main menu for Blog and Register page. Even if I select a custom menu when creating pages, it is still showing “Primary menu” instead of “‘Custom menu”.
Let me know who can I fix it.

You cant. They are placeholder pages for WP and Buddypress. They are not real pages.
With that said, you can install a conditional menu plugin. There are a few out there.
