Hi,
I would like to show the excerpt here in my visual composer grid here http://www.tourismtribe.com/tutorials/
at the bottom (in each organge box) as a teaser. At the moment when I display the excerpt in the box it actually triggers the ‘you must log in’ message in each box.
Could you let me know what code I need to add to my functions.php of my child theme? Thanks
Fab

Yes indeed, this setting is already enabled. However, it isn’t working.
It works if I don’t use the grid display but it doesn’t work if I use the grid.TourismTribe.com
May 17, 2015 at 01:59 #59123sharmstrModeratorThis is a tough one because 7th queen didnt write either of the plugins (PMPro or VC). Kleo has its own grid, but doesnt touch the built in VC grid. Perhaps google it to see if anyone else has run into this issue. If you want to verify that Kleo isn’t involved, you can enabled the 2015 theme and see if you have the same issue.

May 17, 2015 at 07:34 #59157fabienneParticipantThanks – i tried with 2014 theme and it still doesn’t work.
Issue now: I have lost all my theme settings because I have enabled another theme – despite reactivating kleo child i need to reset all my theme settings. Any other way around that? it’s a real pain.

You dont loose your settings because they are written to the db. Perhaps you enabled the Kleo parent theme by mistake. Or the other way around, you’ve been using the parent theme and you now have the child theme enabled.
If its one of those cases, this should help: http://sharmstr.com/saving-importing-and-exporting-kleo-settings/
