I have tried everything from watching the video and everything and can get it to work can someone assist me step by step how to start this process.
For example:
How to change Header Logo/Text to the name I want?
Home page won’t change to show anything.
Tabs not showing up on homepage that I created.
Under settings – Buddy press – Pages Register and Activate not there.
I can go on an on…as I have never done this before.
Is there someone that can do a Skype call or help via email or something as I have so many different questions and need a hands on approach to this. Please help frustrated and been working on this for 7 hours already.Hello, you could follow the documentation step by step, for the first questions:
1. Logo
Go to theme settings and in general you can choose your logo, it has to be an image with your website name or what you want. You cannot type it, you need to create a logo with the logo and name or what you want.2. Home page
Inside of your downloaded file, where you have the theme, check out demo content folder, you will find some files with the extension .xml ,choose the one you want and go to your admin dashboard, go to Tools > Import and choose WordPress then upload the xml that you wanted. It will add all pages and posts from the demo. Just select the page home as your front page in Settings of your admin dashboard.3. I do not understand what you mean with tabs?
4. Register and Activate page will be added once you import demo.
