Hey,
Recently updated to 3.0 – and updated VC to 4.5.2, K-Elements to 3.0 and Rev Slider to 4.6.5 at the same time.
I now have this message: You have an outdated version of Visual Composer Design Options. It is required to review and save it.
and if I click to resolve, I then get this error: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I have deactivated all other plugins, have switched themes (and back), have deact and react VC… all for nada.
How do I resolve this?

Hi, try to temporary disable K-elements plugin and please check if you have Design Options tab under Visual Composer Settings in WP Admin.
