After you create an account, you get an email to approve them, you click on the link and the account is created, but if you try to click on LoGin you get redirect to pa page with a message : type a KEY?
What is this and how to solve this?

It is coming in a couple of hours.

That should happen if you are redirecting users on their last visited page and it is normal since the latest visited page was the Activate page.

Hi, They should receive a link that they have to click. The key is in that link and when you access that it will activate.

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.My new users also say that they get taken to an activation page to input their key. Some have been able to sign up but others have not.
I checked this myself and the activation page seems to come up if the user:
1) Signs Up
2) Doesn’t activate their account
3) Tries to login
4) They get taken to the page to input their activation keyHow can this be fixed?
It is a normal behavior to get to the activate page if they haven’t already did it. The activation key is in the link from the email.

I’m people are having a problem after the activation e-mail. The e-mail works fine and then takes them too the memberships level page where they select their membership and click the box to agree to terms.
Problem: after clicking box and pushing the login button it takes them to Create An Account page again. How do I get it to stop this 2nd Create an Account page and go straight to their profile after selecting their membership? Thank you.
