Activity Stream – Link to Album

Hi, I’m new here, I just purchased this theme and it’s great so far.

I’m using rtmedia, when a use creates an album and uploads some photos, the activity stream displays something like this

“Mike added 64 Photos”

How can I add a link to the album that the 64 photos are in? Something like

“Mike added 64 Photos in album NY Vacation Pics”

Without this, the visitor has to click on the user’s profile and go to the album to see all the picture. A link to the album streamlines the visit.

The activity stream in Groups works exactly how we want the albums to work. When someone posts in a group it read:

“annie posted an update in the group Cooking ”
