I just solved this issue for someone else. Turned out to be incompatible code in their kleo child functions.php file. Save all the code from the file somewhere then delete it. See if that solves the issue. If it does, add each function back one by one to find the offending code.

To be more clear, delete the code inside the file, dont delete the file.

I did that. I deleted the file already from the child theme and I’m able to acces the site again, but really everything that I changed in theme options is set back to default. Please tell me there is an easy way to get back the website as how I build it?
