ParticipantI do know my initial support for this template has expired but I continue to have the same problem in that my homepage counter is not showing an equal number of “Users” in the Dashboard. This is all the help I request corrected if you may, please.
Secondly, is there a way to have all fields visible to Subscribers? Mine displays just less than six fileds while Subscribers are left not finding or seeing hidden fields. In all, first subscribers provide very little info about themselves. many go away after completing the “Base” entries. This makes info sorely lacking.
Can more photos be added? I dont see any such capability on my website. And, can this template allow for addition of more than one photo?

ModeratorHello,
Users not appearing:
The members that never logged in wont appear in member list, when they log in they will.
Also check all options in Tools > Buddypress and see if it fixes some.Fields:
Base group fields will appear in registration page, other fields are not hidden, they are in Profile > Edit in each user profile. If you want to add more fields to registration, just add them in Base group.Use rtMedia plugin for the photos.

ParticipantCan a registrant add more than one photo? I dont see that possibility in any of the functions.
June 25, 2015 at 22:00 #64968Laura
ModeratorIn registration you can add one photo as profile then in profile you can add as many as you want. Its how Buddypress and rtmedia works

ParticipantAs of now my counts read thus:
All (190) | Administrator (1) | Subscriber (189) | Keymaster (1) | Participant (124) | Pending (0)
They dont reflect even close to the 1,564 members on the HomePage. Somehow the readings are all messed up and not counting correctly. Please help rectify as I am beginning to think this template is very unstable. Login info is:
USERNAME: admin
Password: uaaf22738On another note I also received to my email an update to the template which I dont know how what to do with it and neither installation.

ModeratorHello, please share an url to your website, if your homepage shows more users than you have, you are probably using a fake stats creator. For the update, just download the .zip and upload by ftp the sweetdate folder ( not child ) to wp-contents/themes

ParticipantI managed to resolve the problem myself. It was in Permlinks.
Now I have another problem to do with Users. All I can see are Admin, Keymaster and Pending. Rest have all disappeared.
Another problem is that I can see the front index page counter stuck at 1,936 and nothing appearing under users. I just dont understand what is “eating” away approved members and others.
Kindly help resolve, please.

ModeratorHmm well, this issue is a bit more complicated, i have tested some options on your website but yes, 0 users… So, 2 things:
1- A plugin is hiding them ( something really strange ) So please try to deactivate one by one and test if they are back )
2- Somehow they got deleted from your database ( should check out database to be sure ) If yes, think about recent change that would do that, is really weird, but, its possible

ParticipantYes, I believe you were right abt plugin. I deactivated and deleted those I installed but it hasnt restored registered members and worse, even the 1,936 that appeared earlier on the index homepage has disappeared, Now I see only a recent registrant after I deactivated plugins.
Problem is, I dont know anything about the database you mentioned. Possibly can restore members but I dont know how to go about working on the databse.
Thanks again.

I recently experienced the member list on this website disappear on home index page as well on the under “Users” on the WordPress dashboard so contacted the theme’s providers. They were able to establish that siad disappered member were all existing in the database and suggested it could be a WordPress plugin problem. I went on to disable all plugin and restored the original. Still they never reappeared as “Users” and homepage index page has continued to display only recent members after the thousands before disappeared.I need your help restoring them, if you may, please.

Now troubleshooting plugins, programming and design issues is outside our scope of support so I can take a look to try to see if it’s something I can fix or give you more direction.

I’m sorry I can’t even find a record of an error. I’m afraid this issue is coming from the programming on the site and that’s something you’d need a web developer to fix.July 27, 2015 at 08:40 #70134Laura
ModeratorHello, in fact it seems a very weird issue, any clue of what could happen before this? I mean, any change you made, anything, that could change something?
I’m thinking and thinking about this… there might be a way… but playing with the database should be a last option.
Let me know if you remember anything that could help.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJuly 27, 2015 at 09:07 #70150gwokto15
ParticipantHonestly, Laura,
Nothing except plugins and these plugins were only those I believed I could use for Chats and floating messages. Other than that I have never meddled with any codes.
I do want to believe I have deleted all of them and if not, help check those activated are the default original plugins and delete those that arent. I dont remember default ones so wouldnt want to delete those I am not sure about.
thanks again.

ModeratorHello, deactivated the plugins that were not default of the theme, you should usee w3 total cache instaed of Super Cache, because that one has some known issues
