Suggestion of a real estate kleo theme that is more similar with the top notch sites of this area ( airbnb, homeaway, housetrip).
Kleo have some different themes that combined could be quite similar

Results page(grid) + add listing form: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/business-directory/places/ (there’s no away to insert price or number of bedrooms for example)
House page: http://alojamentouniversitario.com/members/alojamentouniversitario/ (combination between this and http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/business-directory/places/new-york/hotels/best-western-center-city-hotel/
Have been for over 2 years using real estate theme sites, so feel welcome to exchange some tips or features that are missing in other house themes for future upgrades/features.
