Hi team Kleo,
We are very happy with this theme specially its ability to work on mobile and other devices.We are facing a small problem with the carousel. Its working well on PC but on mobile and other devices its link are not working.The carousel is sliding on both PC and mobile but users are not able to click on the images from their mobile phones. Also, most of our visitors are mobile users, kindly suggest something ASAP.

http://newgenpayments.com/ecommerce/Did you use the Kleo post carousel? I’m trying to recreate the problem on my test site and cant. I can see that its not working on your site, so trying to figure out the difference.
It could be a css issue. Have you tried clearing your cdn cache?
What version of Kleo, k-elements and visual composer are you running?

That’s right, we are using Kleo post carousel for this section. It is working well on browsers like opera and firefox but not on chrome. And a large number of our visitors use chrome. Even on android we have tried it on the latest version of chrome.
Also we have cleared cache and there is no additional css used for this carousel.
We have just updates Kleo to version 3.0.4, visual composer v4.5.3 and k-element v3.0.
I still cant reproduce this. Can you give me admin access?

There was no miscommunication. I understood what you meant. What I’m saying is that its hard to figure out why this is happening since I cant reproduce the problem on any of my sites. Basically what I’m saying is that I believe its an issue isolated to your site.
