no access to admin panel!! ( URGENT!!)

Since yersterday I don´t have acess to my admin planel of my website http://www.mycolombianwife.com/

I am able to log in yes, but then I can not open the dashboard
it just keeps laoding forever!!

I never had this issue before.

Here is what I have tried:

1. I have renamed the plugins folder to plugins.deactivated – still the same

I even deleted following plugins:
wordfence
zombaio
wanggaurd
w3-total-catch
woocommerce
shareaholic

2. Contacted my dedicated server support, they say the problem seems to be the theme, because the server is running.

I have to confess that I have deleted a file called /functions-woocommerce.php
Because it was giving me a fatal error. I think though it doesnt matter because I have deleted
the woocommerce plugin aswell.

I have other domains on that server which WP installations, which admin panel I can access.

So there seems to be a PHP process going with keeps the site loading forever.
They can not help me and told me to get in contact with you.

I want to make clear here that the day before that the site was running perfect.

The error occured just overnight!

I did not not any updates or modifications to the theme.
No plugins deleted or upadtes or istalled.

I would really appreaciate if you would let me with this issue!

update:
– as you can see the see the frontend is working.
– users are abel to log in including me
– there even have been new registrations today

I just can not access my WP dashboard / admin panel

Please help

I have talked to the server support again.

They told me that for him it can be a .htaccess file issue
OR a hacker attack.

They apperantly can not help me…

He recommend me that an expert should looking into the page and look if there is any php error or possible hacker attack going on.

Same problem.

I found a part of the solution but each morning I need to do the same things. In my FTP, I need to desactivate all themes putting themes01 in wwp-content to desactivate all my themes. After, I can get access to my dashboard, go to Apparance – Theme, then I delete 01 in my FTP and activate my Child theme. But now I can see few problems because I can’t see anymore all my profil field and another one under the profil’s picture with just the age and no statut and city. I succeed to do everything ok but the same problem appeared this morning. Everything is ok during the day and after one night without doing anything, the same problem with a blank page when I want to acceed to my admin panel !

I have tried to rename the
themes/sweetdate
themes/sweetdate-child

to

themes/sweetdate.deactivate
themes/sweetdate-child.deactivate

NOW I have access to the admin panel after the log in!

1. I go to myurl.com/wp-admin.php and log in

2. then it has changed to the default theme

3. then I remove the .deactivate via my FTP

4. then I change the them to sweetdate-cild again

Is this just a temorary solution ?

Since this seems to be a theme issue I think the solution about be to reinstall OR update theme to a newer version.

I have purchased this theme about a year and half ago.

Until now, I suppose that a newer version has been release.

How do I update the theme?

Would this even be a solution in that case ??

by the way I´m no longer able to re-install the plugins that I have deleted:

wordfence
wangguard
w3-total-catch
woocommerce
shareaholic

When I click on “install now” it just keeps loading forever…

after trying to install woocommerce again I have got

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /homepages/15/d405161118/htdocs/mycolombianwife/wp-content/themes/sweetdate/framework/inc/pixelentity-themes-updater/class-envato-protected-api.php on line 344

just after clicking on the “install now” button, after loading for a while…

Hi, that is easily fixed if you install latest theme update 2.8.4 Please update theme files manually over FTP

Download the theme from Themeforest. see the documentation on putting it manually via FTP

I fix the problem via ftp, I change sweetdate folder name, return to admin, default theme is set, rename sweetdate folder to original name, relaunche admin, set theme to sweetdate (child), and it’s working.
