August 13, 2015 at 03:31 #72793rawboxParticipantover two weeks and still no update from Andrei ???????
August 13, 2015 at 18:15 #72880AndreiModeratorSorry for the late reply, we are extremely busy for the moment.
I think that your images doesn’t get indexed because of the animation, which by default hides the image elements and reveal them using javascript which could lead to the issue you have.
I’ll ask my colleague @radu to provide you a small code snipped with which you can disable the animation and test again how your page get indexed.
Cheers

You can disable animations by using this CSS snippet, add next CSS snippet to Theme Options -> General Settings -> Quick CSS
Note : This snippet it applies only for portfolio posts, if you want for entire site tell me.
COPY CODEbody.single-portfolio.kleo-transform .one-by-one-animated .start-animation .el-appear, body.single-portfolio.kleo-transform .kleo-thumbs-animated.th-appear img.start-animation, .kleo-transform .start-animation.el-appear { -webkit-animation: none; -o-animation: none; animation: none; opacity: 1; -moz-transform: none; -webkit-transform: none; -o-transform: none; transform: none; }

Unfortunately, it’s not working. I’ve tried on a couple of sites I’m working on and there’s no change.January 21, 2016 at 12:27 #99718AndreiModeratorPlease be sure you have cleared any cache mechanism you might have activated on your site and your browser cache before aspecting any modification to appear.
If the code still doesn’t apply please provide us an url to your website so we can inspect why’s not working.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJanuary 22, 2016 at 03:11 #99891d_enajeticParticipantThanks for the response, Andrei. I actually spent a lot of the day optimizing my site and databases. Now that my site speed has greatly improved, I see it working, but only in certain cases (pages). I’m in the process of redesigning my site using different methods & tools within Kleo and VC. I think I’ll be ok, but I’ll report back for more assistance if needed.
Many thanks to you and Radu for the help.
Thanks,
TasherreJanuary 23, 2016 at 01:54 #100072d_enajeticParticipantHello again,
One last question. Is there a way to disable the animation in the VC elements? Mainly the Post Grid. Thanks
January 25, 2016 at 09:36 #100291AndreiModeratorIn the post grid you will need to go under Item Design, and edit the grid box and most probably there you’ll also find settings for the animation effect.

I’m familiar with creating and editing using the Grid Builder and unfortunately, it’s still not working. The blocks say no animation, but it still animates. I’ve cleared my caches and even installed kleo on a test site where no other plugins are active only to have no change. Even when I change the animation type, it’s still doing the same default scale (zoom in) animation. Is there anyway to stop this?
January 27, 2016 at 16:04 #100750RaduModeratorHi d_enajetic,
Can you please provide page where you are using the grid builder to take a look ?
Cheers

Apologies for the delay. I was in the process of finishing the new site design then relaunching when you responded. The site was on a complete lockdown. Now that I’ve relaunched, I did find a work around. If you’re using a custom Post Grid design and would like to kill the animation, the work around is using Pagination instead of Lazy Loading, etc. In the Pagination options the animation is set to none by default. That kills it perfectly and speeds up the page loading. Thanks again to you Andrei for the assistance. Much appreciated.
