1. I drag a picture in the field : no action
2. I click to download, select a picture : no actionI immediately verify to add a background picture : no problem.

I temporarily enabled the wp 2015 theme and your site still isnt working, so its not Kleo. See attached for jquery error message. Probably a plugin conflict. Look for that or ask on the bp forums.
