Hi,
I am having some activity stream issues. I disabled all plugins to test if a plugin issue. Only one plugin caused an issue (Askimet).
1. askimet plugin disables new post updates in site wide activity stream.
2. media (images) not uploading to activity new post. When I try to post (upload) an image to activity stream only caption appears no image.
3. activity stream not sorting base on selected filter. Example: if I select Upadates, post, comments etc. Nothing happens.
Not sure what the issues are I tried almost everything updating plugins and theme no luck.
How i can I solve these issues?

Sounds like a jquery issue. Does it happen with the 2015 theme enabled? If so, its not Kleo and you should consult the BP forum.

Jquery issue? not sure. and It still happens with 2015 enabled.
I see that your team is constantly telling others to consult bp forum, but since buddypress is at the core of your theme and your theme is built around around buddy press, I feel that is your responsibility to keep us up to date on such matters or point us to the exact locations for fixes to the issue, Because Im still having issues with all plugins disabled.
Also if you are aware of such issues you should create a dedicated page for fixes to known bugs.
Adequate support would be greatly appreciated.

Let me try to explain why I said what I did. I’m a Kleo user like you and I dont agree at all. You can run Kleo without buddypress, its not at all the core of the theme. Many people dont use BP with Kleo. Kleo is compatible with buddypress. That means it will style it to match the Kleo blog style. If I knew what your issue was, I would be more than happy to help. I help with many non kleo related questions here. But since I dont and we’ve ruled out Kleo being at fault, the issue lies between BP and rtMedia and something else. I said it sounded like a jquery issue since the things you are having issues with rely on jquery. I used it as a broad term. I apologize if I sounded like I knew what was wrong, but was refusing to tell you.
1 – I see no reason why 7th queen should get involved in a conflict between Askimet and BP. Personal opinion.
2 – That is an rtMedia issue that is reliant on jquery working correctly.
3 – That is a BP issue that is reliant on jquery working correctly.For 2 and 3, it very well could be a server issue not serving your jquery files correctly for some reason. Or it could be a caching/cdn issue which is common. Any chance you are on wpengine? If so, did you read the Kleo documentation and implement the wpengine fix? https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#wp-engine Though that fix has issue as well. Sorry if I came off a bit pompous. Thank you for well thought out response. I appreciate your continuous contribution to KLEO for sure . I was just looking for a more in depth answer which you have given very precisely. And yes I am on WpEngine so that could very well be the problem.

Great. Make sure you read the second link I gave you though. There are some problems with double posts. Unless wpengine has fixed that by now.

I thought this issue was fixed but I having some more issues.
1. Same image keeps posting not matter how many times I post something new.
2. Post taking very long to post after submitted. (amongst other things)
3. filter load time and delete is also longHow can I get this to work as smoothly has it does on your Kleo demo site.
I just went through this issue thoroughly with WPengine thought it was a cache or plugin issue. But it’s turning out to be a something related to the theme.
If you guys could please help that would great because this issue is just becoming a huge headache.
