KLEO is a great theme and awesome concept, but I am finding the theme a bit buggy. Even on SevenQueens demo site I am experience similar bugs. These bugs mainly pertain to BuddyPress activity stream. Lots of little glitches especially when trying to post (this might also be a rtmedia conflict). But as I stated that this problems are also occurring on your demo site so I figures it’s definite theme issue. We should try to figure out how to best resolve these issues overall or share the best practice for these types of issues or even dedicating a page to the activity stream itself where all resource can be gather much easier. The forum search not always yield the best results.
some of the issues:
Pictures are not uploaded during post
posting back to back breaks it
sort filter not working etc.I have been experiencing this problem for several weeks. I would appreciate adequate support please or at least a bit of guidance.

I just tested the demo site and your site. Filtering works on both sites without issue. Posting images, even back to back works on both sites. Please tell me how to recreate the issues you’re having.

Try uploading multiple images in one session, specifically on mobile and you will see what I mean. Thats when its start to get a but buggy. Items taking very long to upload and sometime duplicates etc.
I recommend doing a tress test on mobile to try to discover these issues.
I went through this issue thoroughly with Wpengine. The problems stopped once I switched over to the Twenty15 theme. I also went through the rtmedia forum.

If I do a multiple upload via my mobile on your site, the images are actually being uploaded, they just aren’t displaying. You can check this by going to /members/yourname/media (even though you dont have the media tab active for members profiles). Testing Kleo demo site with my mobile works fine.
Give me wp admin access and ftp access. I’ll have a look.

I’ve done a bunch of testing and though you say it works with the 2015 Theme, it doesnt. If I try to upload multiple images with with the 2015 theme enabled, the activity only shows 1 image. I think you have a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except k-elements, bp, rtMedia and vc. Clear your cache and CDN. Then test again.
I’ve also changed your live notification polling interval. 5 secs is too short.
