Hi,
We have several users report that they can’t login, even they change passwords.
If the user uses popup login form, it shows below error message:
You cannot login to this site. Please contact the site admin for more information.
If the user uses sidebar login, then it redirects to back end admin login URL and then shows same error as above.
Please kindly advise what may go wrong with this. Please help. Thanks a lot!
P.S.
1. Some users can login without issue but some can’t login
2. The site log shows that these failed login are wrong password. I, as a admin, reset a new password and still can’t login.Kleo doesnt do any blocking. You can test this by temporarily enabling the 2015 theme and trying to log in. Maybe you have a plugin that’s doing that like Limit Login Attempts.
