Is there a way to only show a page in the WordPress menu if the user is a certain PMPro level?
For example –
I would like Free Members to see an UPGRADE NOW menu link, but other levels would not need to see this.

I think the easiest way is using http://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-items-visibility-control/
And the condition should be: pmpro_hasMembershipLevel(array(1,2)))Cheers,
