I’m seeing a conflict with Easy Digital Downloads – Front End Submissions (FES). This is an important plugin from EDD that creates a vendor marketplace with EDD. It allows users to manage their own stores, and is the centerpiece of that capability from EDD.
The conflict I’m having is that when FES is activated, the Theme Options menu item on the Admin interface that relates to Kleo is not visible and you can’t change any of the theme capabilities. If you deactivate FES the Theme Options menu comes back on line. It appears that the rest of the Theme functionality continues to work, but the Theme Options menu won’t be visible when the plugin is activated.

Mark as a solutionWell, this happens because probably the FES plugin uses an outdated version of the Redux Framework ( the framework behind the theme options panel and probably their settings panel as well ).
Try to contact them regarding this issue.
PS. This shouldn’t have any impact at front end level but as you saw it will break the backend admin panel.Let me know how it went.
