I want it to look like the first attachment but it currently looks like the second one. I consulted another programmer and he said that my site is not loading an ajax call which is required to make those tabs responsive, and that I should contact the theme support.

Your site is throwing jquery errors so the jquery that controls that menu wont fire.

Have you looked for plugin conflicts? Basically your jquery isn’t firing.

Or do you have custom bp templates in your child theme?

Looks like the underline source isnt outputting the responsive-tabs UL which the jquery needs in order to do its magic. You had a similar issue with your activity page. It wasnt outputting the necessary classes in order to style the avatar correctly.

So, in this case, do you have a custom /buddypress/members/single/home.php page or is that page missing from /kleo//buddypress/members/single/ ?

There are no child themes active. home.php is also there in that directory and it’s not missing or modified.

BP Wall is the issue. If you deactivate it, the site works fine. My second response was “Have you looked for plugin conflicts?” 🙂 I’m sure that’s the reason your avatars weren’t round on your activity page as well.

You have several plugins that need to be updated. k-elements, rev slider and visual composer. I didnt want to do it for you since you’re not running a child theme and I have no way of knowing if you’ve changed core code in those plugins.

Your site is still throwing jquery errors.
