    Hello, I’m loving the theme so far, but after importing all the sample content, the register page is blank and when I try to go to mydomain.com/register, it just redirects to mydomain.com. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get the form in there.

    I also am trying to link the sign up button on the home page to a more detailed form. Like in the sample: http://themeforest.net/item/sweet-date-more-than-a-wordpress-dating-theme/full_screen_preview/4994573

    I want to collect the lead on the home page and then direct them to a form like this

    Hi @slimsunny34
    You need to map the Register page to the buddypress component in Settings – Buddypress – Pages. See the video tutorial: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/video-tutorials
    If you are logged in and go to /register it is buddypress normal behaviour to take you to homepage since you are already registered.

    Hi @JessicaHardy
    What do you mean by a more detailed register form. The link you gave is wrong. There is only one register page on our demo and it is Buddypress default one. See my answer above on enabling it.

    Abe

    When I click on the sign up button on the home page it doesn’t go anywhere. Where do I define the URL destination for the SIGN UP button?
    Go to the home page of my site and you will see what I’m talking about 🙂

    @JessicaHardy

    Your sign up button is linked to go to the /register page. However, if you are logged in already, it won’t take you there. Try logging out and then going through the process. I just did it on your site and it worked for me. It was the same problem I was having…didn’t realize you had to be signed out.

    @JessicaHardy All buttons work fine. I don’t see any problem
