1. Will the theme work with iThemes Security Pro https://ithemes.com/security/?

1. Regarding the first question, yes it works with iThemes Security Pro
2. We haven’t tested this plugin especially and we cannot give you a concrete answer because we haven’t answer. Thank you for understanding.
