As a result of the content of the KLEO template and the amount of changes I need to make to the site, as well as those of shared users of the server provider, I keep getting restricted access by my hosting provider. I do not want to be restricted in editing the site/accessing it from the front and admin panel. Can you please recommend a cost effective yet highly efficient hosting provider with good online support.

Hello, i would suggest hostgator, if a shared hosting doesnt work, then a higher one. They have a good customer support.
